There are many fun ways to style boyfriend jeans, but my favorite is adding some feminine touches to it. I didn’t quite go for that look in my Casual 4th of July Outfit post, only because I was dizzy that day and wearing heels wouldn’t have been a good idea, so I went for the good ol’ comfy converse! I actually did love the way the converse looked with the boyfriend jeans, but I think I prefer heels just a tad bit more 🙂
I love mixing feminine pieces with my husband jeans (sorry I had to … haha). If you knew me before I got sick, I wore heels all the time. Now that my balance has improved a bit, I love getting a pair of my fun heels out of the closet and put them on. These Steve Madden heels have been tucked away in my closet for too long, it was time to get them out and wear them with my boyfriend jeans.
And of course, I had to wear my head scarf with it! If you can’t tell, I’m a bit obsessed with them!!!!
Here are some ideas on what to wear with boyfriend jeans:
1. For a casual look:
- Wear a plain tank top
- Add a cute pair of nude closed toed wedges or heels
- Add a layered necklace
2. For a comfortable look:
- Wear a loose t-shirt
- A pair of flats or converse
- A scarf
3. For a dressy look:
- Wear a tucked in blouse with a fitted blazer
- pair with heels
- Add a bold statement necklace
The possibilities are endless, but these are some of the looks I would go for!
